I have been participating in the weekly InstaForex competitions for three months. I wanted to win a prize very much but I lacked luck and skill. I continued trading on the contest account, using a simple trend strategy. Then, one day while I was making tea in the kitchen, my husband called from another room: "Honey, there is an email for you. They say you’ve got the second place." I jumped for joy at the news! Thank you very much for the competitions and fair play.

For a long time, I was trying to win a prize in the One Million Option contest. Several times I even managed to get closer to the top five, but only in November I was able to become one on the prize winners. I even began to think that the company do not give "common traders" like me a chance to win. Thank God, all my fears have been falsified, and I got to the top five. All I needed are some patience, luck and to use both analysis and different time frames in my trading. It is the best possible contest for beginners. All you need to do is to determine the trend for the given currency pairs or metals. I also like other InstaForex contests, but they are beyond my skill. Thanks, InstaForex, for such cool contests!

I trade binary options less than a year; so for me, participation in the contest is a very useful exercise that prepares for live options trading. I would also like to draw attention to the 10-minute time intervals in the contest. These intervals seem quite flexible. As day intervals in MetaTrader are 5 minutes, I used them together: that way these time frames provide much more technical data to make a decision on option purchase or sale. That is my opinion :-).
