For me, every InstaForex contest is a great chance to compete with other traders from all over the globe and apply a free trading system I got from the internet. I call it “3 consecutive bars on H4 or H1”. So, during the contest I traded three currency pairs using H1 timeframes without any indicators involved. The most of the profit I made on my contest account was on GBP/CAD, because I saw the trend changed to bearish within a day.

Every InstaForex contest is special. This one lasts 24 hours, and your aim is to meet the 5% term for USD/JPY and GBP/JPY trading. GBP/JPY is more volatile, so you should really keep an eye on it during a week. Once you got in a trend and a pair shows good performance, you may well win.
